Jay Andrews
Jay has worked in the legal industry for over 10 years, starting his career in a specialist business law firm in regional Victoria. There he learned Victorian Conveyancing, working with professionals who were beta testers for both InfoTrack AU and PEXA. Jay has worked at InfoTrack AU in both a settlement clerk position and as a State Manager. He has been granted the opportunity to learn Victorian, NSW and ACT conveyancing practices and has been able to work alongside solicitors and legal professionals to ensure their matters are settled on time. He was also at the forefront of InfoTrack AU's transformation to electronic conveyancing in the ACT, helping the team move to a chequeless platform with the LTO. Jay attended all meetings with PEXA and major banks.
Jay has completed multiple degrees within the Psychology field, which allows him to have a people-centric mindset. It also allows him to help with the likes of writing people-first policies and procedures.
Jay has worked within Management positions, both as an employee and as a contractor. He is skilled in performance management and recruitment. Jay is able to manage all aspects of a business, from email management to staff or tenant management.
